Art Specifications
Customer supplied artwork for production is assumed to be accurate and complete when transmitted. Any modifications to your files not included in your approved quote may result in additional charges.
Supported file types include most major desktop publishing and graphic design software suites, including: QuarkXPress, Adobe PageMaker, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. High resolution PDFs are also acceptable. Files should be saved using Pantones and/or CMYK values and all files should bleed a minimum of 1/8”.
To avoid file corruption please compress your exported files prior to transmitting or uploading (see WinZip, StuffIt, ZipIt, etc). You may email small files to your Account Representative; all other files should be transmitted via our FTP here.
Please inform your account representative or our graphics team once your upload is complete.
In order to process the art in a timely manner please include the following:
- Low-resolution PDFs for proofing purposes;
- Native files (AI, INDD, etc);
- All fonts in a linked subfolder or converted to curves or outlines within the file;
- Embed or include all linked images.
